Worked alongside engineers and sales to orchestrate a remarkable brand turnaround in 16 months. Organized core product lines leading to a rapid re-engineering of 100+ products in less than 6 months, setting up sales for success while stabilizing revenue streams. Developed product nomenclature (SHIS) to standardize identification of product variants, leading to global acceptance and positioning the brand as the authority in the space.
